Job summary

RED ENGINEERING DESIGN LIMITED invites ambitious graduates to join the RED graduate programme in September 2027. You’ll work within building services design for data centres, gaining hands-on experience from day one. The role blends design work with mentoring and formal training to progress toward chartership.

Expect exposure to multidisciplinary teams, site visits, and the use of industry software. The programme offers hybrid working and a structured path into a rewarding engineering career.

Qualifications

• BSc/BEng (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline is required.
• Working towards Chartered Engineer status is expected.
• Basic knowledge of BIM and engineering software is desirable.
• Understanding of Health & Safety legislation is important.
• Strong IT skills (MS Office, spreadsheets) are needed.
• Proactive and organised attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership.
