Job summary

Confidential company near Cramlington is seeking a Graduate Logistics Administrator to support order processing, stock control and warehouse coordination.

You will liaise with factories, update SAP, issue delivery notes and assist invoicing, with potential for career development within a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and create production requirements for factories.
• Manage product pipeline, stock levels and delivery times.
• Update SAP with inbound shipments from factories.
• Issue information to customers on status of their order books.
• Liaise with factories on timely delivery of products into the warehouse or directly to customers.
• Issue delivery notes to warehouse to pick and ship products to customers and subsequent billing.
• Provide information on sales revenue, projections and order book as required.
• Assist with inventory count by the warehouse as needed.
• Assist with accounts receivable, management of product returns and issuing/delivering sales invoices.
• Advise on training required in an evolving business model.
