Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and create production requirements for factories.
• Manage product pipeline, stock levels and delivery times.
• Update SAP with inbound shipments from factories.
• Provide customers with order status information.
• Coordinate with factories on timely delivery to warehouse or customers.
• Issue delivery notes for warehouse picking and shipment and assist with invoicing.
• Contribute data on sales revenue, projections and order book as required.
• Assist with inventory counts and accounts receivable duties as needed.
• Identify training needs for evolving business processes.
