KCR Solutions Limited is recruiting a Graduate Logistics Administrator to support order processing, production planning and stock management. The role involves updating SAP, coordinating deliveries and communicating with factories and customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

The ideal graduate will contribute to inventory control, invoicing and reporting on order books, with opportunities for development as the business grows.

Responsabilités

• Processing customer orders and creating production requirements for factories
• Managing product pipeline, stock levels and delivery times
• Updating SAP with inbound shipments from factories
• Issuing information to customers on status of their order books
• Liaising with factories on timely delivery of products into the warehouse or directly to customers
• Issuing delivery notes to warehouse to pick and ship products to customers and subsequent billing
• Issuing information on sales revenue, projections and order book as required
• Involvement in the inventory count by the warehouse as needed
• Assisting with accounts receivable, management of product returns and issuing and delivering sales invoices for customers
• Advising of training required in an evolving business model

KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this expanding company on the outskirts of Cramlington to recruit a Graduate Logistics Administrator. Your duties will be as follows:

• Processing customer orders and creating production requirements for factories

• Issuing delivery notes to warehouse to pick and ship products to customers and subsequent billing
