Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree is preferred, in mainstream curriculum subjects (English, Maths, Science, French, History, and others).
• Experience working with children is required.
• Understanding of special needs or learning difficulties.
• Enthusiastic and creative approach to learning.
• High levels of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside teachers and other teaching assistants to support children's attainment and progress.
• Support learning up to GCSE level and adapt to individual needs.
• Make observations and carry out sessions instructed by the teacher to improve progress.
