Veritas Education is partnering with a highly regarded secondary school in Hounslow to recruit a Graduate Teaching Assistant. This role offers exposure to KS3 and KS4 and a clear pathway into teaching careers.

Qualifications

• Experience with young people or in an educational setting is desirable.
• Genuine passion for education and supporting students development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A degree in any subject area.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support across KS3 and KS4.
• Support students across a range of subjects in the classroom.
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management.
• Monitor progress and contribute to reports and feedback.
• Support pupils with SEND in collaboration with the SEN team.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
