Leonardo UK Ltd is launching a 12-month Graduate Programme designed to develop engineers and business professionals through real-world projects. Graduates join a world-leading tech organization, receive structured development, and work on-site to maximise learning and collaboration.

The programme offers a starting salary of £34,000 per annum with a £1,000 welcome bonus and a £1,000 exit bonus upon completion. Temporary Accommodation Allowance may apply based on criteria.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 Bachelor’s/Integrated Master’s degree or higher (MSc/PhD).
• Acceptable disciplines: Engineering, Maths/Science, Computing & Digital.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Lean production layouts to improve productivity.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
• Analyse workflows and data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimisation.
• Deliver workshops and training to upskill teams in CI tools and techniques.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure improvement outcomes.
• Ensure changes are sustainable and embedded in operations.
