Leonardo is launching a 12-month Graduate Programme to launch your career on real-world projects. You’ll work alongside industry leaders on innovative defence, aerospace and digital solutions, with a focus on continuous improvement and Lean methodologies.

Starting salary is £34,000 per year, plus a £1,000 welcome bonus and a further £1,000 exit bonus on completion. Temporary Accommodation Allowance may apply, and 3 days per week on-site is encouraged to maximise learning and integration with

Qualificações

• Minimum 2:2 Bachelor's/Integrated Master's degree or higher (MSc/PhD).
• Engineering degrees or Maths/Science or Computing & Digital disciplines accepted.
• UK BPSS security screening and national security vetting may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Design production layouts using Lean tools to improve productivity.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Analyse workflows and data to identify bottlenecks, waste and optimisation opportunities.
• Assist with/facilitate workshops to upskill teams in continuous improvement tools and techniques.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure success of improvement initiatives.
• Ensure sustainability of changes across manufacturing processes.
