Job summary

Leonardo UK is offering an 18‑month Graduate Programme for emerging software engineers. Starting salary is £34,000 per year with a £1,000 welcome bonus and a potential £1,000 exit bonus on completion. A Temporary Accommodation Allowance may apply under specific criteria.

Candidates should spend at least three days per week on site to maximise learning; you will work with a software engineering mentor and gain exposure to full lifecycle activities and state‑of‑the‑art tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 Bachelors/Integrated Master’s degree
• Degrees in Software Engineering or Computer Science are preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in software development and systems thinking
