Job summary

Trek Recruitment Ltd in Wrexham is seeking a recent graduate for a Graduate IT & Network Engineer role to support IT infrastructure, networks, Microsoft 365 and day-to-day systems in a live manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on maintaining Windows systems, working with switches and firewalls, and providing on-site and remote user support. A relevant degree and driving licence are required, with training provided to build on your degree.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking, Cyber Security or a closely related subject
• Knowledge and hands on experience of networking or systems from your course, placement or projects is an absolute must
• Strong communication skills and a clear interest in infrastructure and cyber security
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Support IT infrastructure, servers, backups and the site network
• Maintain Windows systems and provide Microsoft 365 support
• Work with switches, firewalls, print servers, laptops and desktops
• Help with installs, upgrades and user support on site and remotely
• Work with international teams via Microsoft Teams
• Support reporting, databases and IT security good practice
