Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Graduate Placement Support Technician to assist with the administrative management of Cargo facilities, binders, and line slips across their full lifecycle, ensuring accurate creation, renewal, tracking and reporting of facility documentation to support smooth operations and strong governance within the Cargo service team.

You will liaise between the Cargo service team and the DART team, upload documentation to Whitespace, handle declarations and commissions, and produce

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 University Degree (or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with brokers, carriers, and offshore operations teams.
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a high-volume workload and meet tight SLAs.
• A proactive, reliable, and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Liaise effectively between the Cargo service team and the DART team to support the creation and renewal of facility slips and endorsements.
• Upload documentation to Whitespace and process slips and endorsements once bound.
• Handle bordereaux and/or monthly declarations as directed by the Cargo facility service team.
• Manage Profit Commissions as directed by the Cargo facility service team.
• Maintain accurate data relating to Cargo facilities throughout their validity periods.
• Produce quarterly reports for the Cargo facility service team and/or leadership meetings.
• Liaise with Claims to create annual claims performance reports for use by the Cargo facility service team and/or leadership meetings.
• Support the Cargo facility service team with audit processes.
