  • Develop an understanding of client businesses by conducting research, providing industry or other analysis.

  • Provide support in the day-to-day management of designated accounts, preparing electronic submissions and facilitating the placement of risks via Marsh’s designated online platform, Whitespace.

  • Present Facility performance analysis to our Facility Insurers.

  • Report to senior colleagues on relationship satisfaction to ensure a mutual understanding with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain a fluency in Marsh’s and Facility Insurer’s products, colleagues and operations to enrich work performed and develop improved capabilities for our clients.

  • Support senior account managers on larger initiatives, complex accounts and ad hoc requests.
