Job summary

Radius is seeking a Graduate Installation Coordinator in Crewe. You will handle installation bookings and queries, coordinating with installers and engineers to ensure SLA targets and a strong customer experience.

The role is based in Crewe, with Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm hours and emphasis on proactive communication. You will work to resolve tickets, liaise with customers, and update CRM records while supporting cross‑functional teams and Radius products.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a 2:1 degree in any subject.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with team and wider business.
• Organised and proactive with forward thinking attitude.
• Able to adapt and succeed in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Ability to manage time and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet client and business needs.
• Experience using Microsoft Office – Teams, Word, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and emails relating to installation within SLAs and metrics.
• Manage service desk tickets raised by other areas within SLAs.
• Coordinate installation bookings with 3rd party engineering teams.
• Inform customers of installation dates and update tickets in the CRM.
• Refer to other Radius products when appropriate and route to relevant divisions.
• Notify management of issues or risks to meeting SLAs.
