Radius Limited in Crewe is hiring a Graduate Installation Coordinator to handle installation bookings and queries within SLAs, delivering excellent customer support.

You will work with installers and internal teams, manage workloads, and update CRM tickets while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Must have a 2:1 degree in any subject.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with the team and wider business.
• Highly organised and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective time management and ability to work to deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Handle installation bookings and queries within SLAs to ensure great customer experience.
• Coordinate with installers and internal teams to schedule and communicate installation dates.
• Maintain CRM/ticket updates and ensure information is accurate across systems.
• Resolve customer queries and provide timely status updates.
• Monitor SLAs and escalate risks to management when needed.
• Collaborate with other Radius divisions to discuss related products.
