Job summary

Arcadis in the United Kingdom is offering a two-year Graduate GROW Programme for graduates in geology, civil engineering or environmental subjects. You will work in teams, contribute to environmental and planning projects, and gain hands-on client-facing experience from day one.

You will rotate into ground investigations, shadow senior engineers, and develop skills through safety training and project planning exposure, with frequent site work and travel as required.

Qualifications

• You will be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026 with a 2:2 in a relevant degree.
• You demonstrate Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and being a team player.
• You have excellent communication skills to influence and consult stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ground Investigation work as part of the Site Evaluation team to support diverse projects.
• You will shadow engineers on site and progress to supervising investigations with a team.
• You will produce reports and safety documentation and learn project planning aspects.
