Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently graduating in 2025 or 2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrate Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (virtual working embraced where possible).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of foundation, retaining wall, ground improvement and earthworks designs.
• Undertake desk studies, specify and scope intrusive ground investigations, produce interpretive reports and geotechnical designs.
• Develop solutions using innovative digital tools for ground models and analysis of geotechnical problems.
• Collaborate with clients in the UK and potentially international projects during the two-year programme.
