Job summary

Arcadis is launching a two-year Graduate GROW Programme in the UK, inviting new graduates to work on environmental and planning projects alongside consultants from day one. You’ll contribute to site-based investigations, learn safety qualifications, and develop professional skills while collaborating with clients.

Qualifications

• You will be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026, with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree
• Demonstrate Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home (where possible we embrace virtual working)
• Hold a full driving licence which allows you to drive in the UK
• You must be willing and able to travel frequently and stay away from home as required; significant site work

Responsibilities

• Ground Investigation: undertake site-based investigations to collect data for property and infrastructure development schemes.
• Shadow engineers on site and progress to supervising ground investigations, ensuring high safety and quality standards.
• Produce reports and Health and Safety documentation; engage in project planning considerations
