Job summary

Arcadis invites graduates to join the two-year GROW programme, blending client work with real project exposure from day one. You will build technical expertise while developing business acumen through centrally delivered graduate training and mentorship to pursue specialisms.

As an engineer on GROW, you will specialise within your chosen discipline and gain experience with UK and international clients, applying engineering and consulting techniques across projects.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently graduated in 2025 or 2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrates resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required; virtual working encouraged where possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering foundation, retaining wall, ground improvement and earthworks designs.
• Undertake desk studies, specify and scope intrusive ground investigations, produce interpretive reports.
• Create geotechnical designs and recommendations for various geotechnical solutions.
• Utilise digital tools for ground models and analysis of geotechnical problems.
