Job summary

Arcadis, a world-leading design, engineering and consultancy firm, invites graduates onto its two-year GROW Programme in the UK. You will join client projects from day one, specialising in your chosen engineering discipline and developing both technical expertise and business acumen through centralised training.

As an engineer, you will apply technical skills to real-world projects, developing core methods for geotechnical design and ground investigations while working with international clients

Qualifications

  • Graduating in 2027 or recently graduated (2025/2026) with at least a 2:2 in a relevant degree.
  • Demonstrate Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and being a team player.
  • Excellent communication and the ability to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel and stay away from home; virtual working may be embraced where possible.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery of foundation, retaining wall, ground improvement and earthworks designs.
  • Undertake desk studies, specify and scope intrusive ground investigations, producing interpretive reports.
  • Provide geotechnical designs and recommendations for a range of Geotechnical design solutions.
  • Utilise innovative digital tools for ground models and analysis.
