Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a talented graduate to join the two-year GROW Programme in the UK, combining client work with real project experience from day one.

You will specialise in geotechnical engineering, develop core consulting skills, use digital tools for ground modelling, and work with teams across UK and international clients to deliver innovative solutions.

You will graduate in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026 with a 2:2 or higher, and be prepared to travel as part of project work.

Qualifications

• You will be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026, with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player.
• You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of foundation, retaining wall, ground improvement and earthworks designs.
• Undertake desk studies, specifying and scoping intrusive ground investigations, producing interpretive reports.
• Produce geotechnical designs and recommendations for a variety of geotechnical design solutions.
• Utilise innovative digital tools for ground models and analysis of geotechnical problems and design development.
