Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently graduated in 2025 or 2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrates Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and being a team player.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required; virtual working is embraced where possible.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of foundation, retaining wall, ground improvement and earthworks designs.
• Undertake desk studies, scope intrusive ground investigations and produce interpretive reports.
• Develop geotechnical designs and recommendations for a range of design solutions.
• Utilize innovative digital tools to create ground models and assist analysis and design development.
