AZTRUM is seeking a Graduate Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer to join our engineering and environmental consultancy team in the Leicester area. The role is hybrid, with office-based work required 3+ days per week.

You will contribute to flood risk assessments, drainage strategies and design of drainage solutions for varied sectors across the UK, working within an experienced design team on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong BSc and/or MSc in Civil Engineering with a dissertation or module projects focused on flood risk assessments, drainage strategies and/or drainage design.
• Residency near Leicester to work from the office 3+ days a week.

Responsabilités

• Carry out Flood Risk Assessments for zones 1, 2 and 3.
• Prepare Flood Risk Maps and develop Flood Risk Mitigation.
• Develop Drainage Strategies for Planning Applications and design drainage, attenuation and sewerage using Infodrainage and Causeway Flow.
• Design access roads for developments and perform Earthworks Modelling.
• Attend client meetings to discuss project progress.

My Client, a market leading Engineering and Environmental Consultancy based with offices in Leicester, are searching for a Graduate Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer to join their supportive team. You will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis.

This exciting role will offer candidates the opportunity to join an experienced design team who specialise in flood risk, infrastructure, civil and structural engineering for public and private sector clients across the UK. With a wide portfolio of projects you will have the chance to design flood risk, drainage and foul drainage solutions for Residential, Commercial, Retail, Healthcare and Education Sectors.

As a Graduate Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer you will be required to complete varied technical work including;

• Flood Risk Assessments for flood zone 1,2 and 3.
• Flood Risk Maps.
• Flood Risk Mitigation.
• Drainage Strategies for Planning Applications.
• Drainage, attenuation and sewerage design using Infodrainage and causeway flow.
• Access road design for developments.
• Earthworks Modelling.
• Client meetings to discuss project progress.
