Arup is a global consultancy recruiting graduates and students to work on electrical systems for water, energy and infrastructure projects. You will design electrical systems, support power distribution and instrumentation, and collaborate with ICA specialists to ensure safe operations.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2:1 in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Full working rights in the country of application.
• No more than 12 months of full-time experience in a comparable role.
• Recently graduated, or on track to graduate, from your most recent degree, related to your role of choice, before employment starts.

Responsibilities

• Designing electrical systems for water and wastewater treatment works.
• Supporting power distribution, MCCs, cable systems, earthing and lighting designs by carrying out electrical calculations and equipment selection under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Specification and integration of instrumentation and control systems.
• Work with process and mechanical engineers to ensure treatment processes can be monitored and controlled effectively.
• Contribute to design packages from concept through to detailed design.
