Job summary

Arup is seeking a Graduate Infrastructure Electrical Engineer to join its Energy, Water & Resources team in the UK. You will help design electrical systems for water and wastewater facilities, support pumping stations and energy infrastructure, and contribute to power distribution and automation solutions.

The role offers exposure to renewables, hydrogen, and decarbonisation projects while developing professional accreditation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assist design of electrical systems for water and wastewater treatment works.
• Support power distribution, MCCs, cable systems, earthing and lighting designs through calculations and equipment selection.
• Assist specification and integration of instrumentation and control systems.
• Collaborate with process and mechanical engineers to monitor and control treatment processes.
