Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley is seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join the Mechanical, Electrical and Process Team. You will support the delivery of multi‑disciplined projects, working either in an operational office or on site as required.

This role, within the South West Water framework, involves travel around the region and collaboration with commissioning engineers and a supportive team to accelerate your development.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and teamwork skills.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of design and build construction projects in Water and Wastewater sectors.
• Assist site and office teams, coordinating with project management, design and commercial colleagues.
• Liaise with clients and supply chain; manage M&E suppliers and sub-contractors on site.
• Review constructability of drawings and designs from suppliers; support safety and commissioning plans.
