Job summary

M-Sport UK, at Dovenby Hall, Cumbria, invites applications for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join the Electrical team. This role offers hands-on experience building, testing and integrating electrical systems for competition cars in a high-performance motorsport environment.

You will collaborate across design, engineering and supplier interfaces, develop technical documentation, and contribute to reliability improvements while gaining exposure to project planning and lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Motorsport, Electrical, Automotive or related field (BEng/MEng).
• A genuine passion for motorsport and a drive to progress.
• Keen to learn, develop and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a practical, methodical approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across departments.
• Strong time management to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist build, development and testing of electrical systems.
• Support project planning, forecasting and delivery to standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings and build information.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure systems meet standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers and suppliers to ensure reliability.
