Job summary

M-Sport UK is seeking a Graduate Transmissions Engineer to join the Transmissions team at our Dovenby Hall headquarters. You will gain hands-on experience in the build, development and testing of high-performance transmission systems for our competition cars.

As part of the 2027/28 Graduate Engineering Programme, you will work at the interface between Engineering, Design and Transmissions, contributing to reliability and performance while learning from experienced engineers.

Qualifications

BEng or MEng in Motorsport Engineering/Technology, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Motorsport passion with drive to progress in high-performance engineering.
Willingness to learn in fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Meticulous attention to detail and methodical problem solving.
Strong communication and teamwork across departments.
Ability to deliver high-quality work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

Assist with build, development and testing of high-performance transmission systems.
Support planning and forecasting to keep projects on track.
Learn and improve processes across Transmissions.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications and build information.
Conduct quality and build checks to meet standards.
Track components and support reliability analyses.
Analyze issues and report to improve system performance.
Support system layout and integration across programmes.
Collaborate with technicians, suppliers and other departments.
