Job summary

Arup is recruiting a Graduate Infrastructure Electrical Engineer in Manchester. You will design electrical systems for essential infrastructure, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical solutions while progressing toward professional accreditation.

From day one you’ll gain hands-on project experience across water, energy, power and industrial sectors, with opportunities to work on CAD/BIM design, technical reports and site support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (2.1 or above).
Master’s or integrated master’s degree in Electrical/related field is advantageous.
IET accreditation or equivalent is desired.
Good CAD/BIM understanding with project design experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

Assist in electrical design of water, energy, and industrial infra projects.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and senior engineers.
Produce specifications, BIM models, and technical reports.
Support site activities and project coordination.
