Job summary

Arup is seeking ambitious graduates to join their Energy, Water and Resources team in the UK, contributing to civil engineering projects across water, site development, and infrastructure. You will perform design, calculations, and reports while collaborating with experts across disciplines and engaging with clients and authorities.

The role offers exposure to hydraulic modelling and advanced design tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Info Drainage, GIS and Navisworks, with strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Recent graduates or on track to graduate before starting employment.
• Full working rights to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assessment, analysis, and design, preparing design reports, drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Collaborate with Arup colleagues in other disciplines.
• Meet with clients, national agencies, local authorities, and other stakeholders, including site visits.
• Develop and appraise options and support the production of engineering solutions and business cases.
• Use specialist analysis and design software such as Info Drainage, GIS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ProjectWise, Navisworks, Flood Modeller, & Info Works.
