Worley in the United Kingdom is launching its 2027 UK Graduate Program for Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) Engineers. The role offers exposure to major infrastructure and energy projects across London, Manchester, Stockton, Glasgow and Aberdeen, with structured training and mentoring.

Graduates will rotate through engineering design and project delivery, gaining hands-on experience while pursuing professional accreditation.

Qualifikationen

• In final year or recent graduate with 2:1 honours, UK right to work.
• Degree must be accredited in engineering; pending or achieved status expected.
• Strong interest in civil, structural & architectural engineering; UK mobility.

Aufgaben

• Turn engineering theory into real-world solutions on large infrastructure projects.
• Work with experienced CSA engineers on concept to construction designs.
• Support design of steelwork, buildings, foundations and civil infra.
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines to understand project integration.
• Produce calculations, reports, specifications and design deliverables.
• Visit sites to see designs translated into reality.
• Learn project management, planning, and client engagement basics.
• Develop technical and professional skills toward chartered status.
