Job summary

Worley UK is launching the 2027 UK Graduate Program for Civil, Structural and Architectural Engineers. Join our multi-office UK team in London, Manchester, Stockton, Glasgow and Aberdeen to work across carbon capture, green hydrogen, data centres and traditional energy projects.

You will rotate through engineering design and project delivery, gaining hands-on exposure from day one. As part of a two-year programme, you will receive structured training, mentoring and support toward professional

Qualifications

• Final year of study or recent graduate in an accredited bachelor’s/master’s engineering degree.
• Minimum 2:1 honours degree (or equivalent).
• Must have the right to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Turn engineering theory into real-world solutions on major infrastructure and energy projects.
• Work with experienced CSA engineers from concept through to construction.
• Support design of steelwork, buildings, foundations and civil infrastructure.
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines to understand project integration.
• Produce engineering calculations, reports, specifications and design deliverables.
• Visit project sites to see designs translated into reality.
• Learn project management, planning, commercial delivery and client engagement.
• Develop technical and professional skills towards becoming a chartered engineer.
