Worley in the UK invites applications for its 2027 UK Graduate Programme in Construction. This two-year development programme offers experience across Civil/Structural or Mechanical/Piping disciplines, with rotations through London and Manchester offices and project sites.

You will work alongside experienced teams to plan, coordinate and execute large-scale energy and infrastructure projects, gaining hands‑on construction exposure from design to handover.

Formación

• Accredited Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering degree completed within past two years or expected before programme start.
• Minimum 2:1 honours degree.
• Must have full right to live and work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Support construction teams in planning, coordination and delivery of major energy and infrastructure projects.
• Work within Civil/Structural or Mechanical/Piping to develop designs and technical deliverables from concept through construction.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, project management and construction teams to support project delivery from design through to handover.
• Gain site experience and understand construction planning, fabrication and site execution.
