Job summary

Worley is expanding its UK graduate program by recruiting a Civil, Structural & Architectural Engineer (CSA) for 2027. You will join a two-year structured development track across London, Manchester, and other UK offices, gaining exposure to design and project delivery on energy, infrastructure and data centre projects.

You will be mentored by experienced CSA engineers, work across multidisciplinary teams, and pursue professional accreditation while delivering concrete outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Final year student or graduate within 2 years of an accredited engineering degree.
• Minimum 2:1 honours degree (or equivalent).
• Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
• Strong interest in civil, structural and architectural engineering.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Clear communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Proactive approach to learning and developing technical and professional capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Turn engineering theory into real-world solutions on major infrastructure projects.
• Work with senior CSA engineers to develop designs from concept to construction.
• Support the design of steelwork, buildings, foundations and civil infra.
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines to integrate project work.
• Produce engineering calculations, reports, specifications and deliverables.
• Visit project sites to see designs translated into reality.
• Learn project management, planning, and client engagement basics.
• Develop skills toward becoming a chartered engineer.
