Job summary

Worley offers a 2027 UK Graduate Program for Civil, Structural & Architectural Engineers across our UK offices. As a two-year development programme, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to design and delivery, with structured training, mentoring and support toward professional accreditation.

You’ll work alongside CSA engineers on major infrastructure and energy projects, developing technical capabilities while building a foundation for a successful career.

Qualifications

• Final year of an accredited engineering degree or graduate within the last 2 years.
• Minimum 2:1 honours degree required.
• Must have right to live and work in the UK.
• Interest in civil, structural and architectural engineering.

Responsibilities

• Turn engineering theory into real-world solutions on major infrastructure projects.
• Work with experienced CSA engineers to develop designs from concept to construction.
• Support steelwork, buildings, foundations and civil infrastructure design.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate complex projects.
• Produce calculations, reports, specifications and design deliverables.
