Job summary

Worley is seeking a Graduate Engineer to join the UK Graduate Programme in Construction, with opportunities across our London and Manchester offices. Kick‑start your construction career with a two‑year development programme, gaining hands‑on exposure to planning, coordination and site delivery on major energy and infrastructure projects.

You’ll rotate into Civil/Structural or Mechanical/Piping tracks, work with engineering, procurement and project teams, and build core competencies toward

Qualifications

• Accredited bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1st or 2:1 honours or expected.
• Strong interest in construction, project delivery and site work.
• Interest in design, fabrication, and site execution.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem solving.
• Proactive learner with a flexible, travel-ready attitude.
• Willingness to travel across project sites and offices.
• Must have full right to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of major energy and infrastructure projects.
• Develop designs and technical deliverables from concept to construction.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and construction teams.
• Develop understanding of construction planning, fabrication and site execution.
• Assist in development of construction schedules and sequencing.
• Support safety, quality and environmental performance.
