Galliford Try Group is recruiting for a Graduate Project Manager 2027 - Environment in the UK. The two-year development programme sits alongside a permanent role, aimed at developing on-site project management excellence across water-related infrastructure.

Starting in September 2027, the role offers structured training, mentorship, and opportunities to progress to Assistant Project Manager after two years, with travel to multiple sites and potential early starts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management / Engineering (or similar) before September 2027.
• Full UK driving licence and eligibility to live/work in the UK.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to creating a safe working environment.
• Assist the Project Manager with deliverables and project submissions.
• Engage with PMO functions and support site visits by stakeholders.
• Promote quality improvements in coordination with the Quality Manager.
• Provide cover for the Project Manager when required.
• Assist in planning, monitoring and programming activities.
• Help minimise waste and manage site processes.
• Support implementation of new methods and innovations on site.
• Foster openness, trust and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Support change control and supply chain management.
