Mott MacDonald Bentley is offering an office-based early career opportunity in Leeds for graduates in Civil Engineering. You’ll train, grow and progress through a 12-month Early Careers Development Programme, working within a multidisciplinary design team with support from design and site colleagues.

You’ll contribute to live projects, develop detailed designs and calculations, and gain experience across the design and construction stages while building your professional network and Chartered

Qualifications

• Graduated or due to graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering (BEng) or a post graduate qualification (MSc).
• Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail, and be able to demonstrate accurate technical drawings and good report writing.
• Considered approach to problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed civil engineering designs and calculations.
• Produce technical and commercial specifications, drawings and schedules.
• Work closely and collaboratively with the construction team to develop efficient, practical and safe solutions throughout the design stages, into construction and beyond.
• Prepare designer risk assessments, health & safety risk assessments, and associated documents and reports.
• You will positively engage and collaborate with the Client, managing relationships and adopting a One-Team approach.
