Kier Group is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Infrastructure team on the Sizewell C project in Suffolk. The role offers 26 days annual leave, wellbeing support, and a potential car allowance. Starting salary is £31,000 with a two-year permanent pathway leading to an assistant level role, with CIRCA £38k on completion.

Location: Kier Main Compound, Off A12, Kelsale, Suffolk. Starting date: September 2027. Sponsorship is not offered.

Formación

Graduates due in 2027 or within three years with an ICE-accredited degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or closely related discipline.
Demonstrates genuine interest in pursuing a career in civil engineering and construction with a clear motivation to learn.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to different project environments.

Responsabilidades

Assist in the preparation and management of project designs, plans and specifications.
Support the development and monitoring of project schedules and budgets.
Conduct site visits to ensure design compliance with specifications, safety and quality.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve technical issues and provide project updates.
