Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join the Infrastructure team on the Sizewell C project in Suffolk. Based at Kier Main Compound, Off A12, Kelsale, you will support the commercial and financial aspects of major infrastructure works while gaining hands‑on experience.

Starting September 2027, this 2-year permanent programme leads to an assistant level role with salary potential around £38k.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or currently working towards one.
• Strong analytical and numeric skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in preparing and managing project budgets, cost plans, and cost estimates.
• Supporting measurement and valuation of work on-site.
• Helping prepare and submit tenders and contract documents.
• Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure work meets specifications.
• Collaborating with the project team to prepare progress reports and financial statements.
