Job summary

AZTRUM are looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join their Leicester office on a hybrid basis, supporting flood risk, drainage and infrastructure design for public and private sector clients across the UK. You will contribute to flood risk assessments, drainage strategies, earthworks modelling and client progress meetings as part of an experienced design team.

A strong BSc/MSc in Civil or Environmental Engineering is essential, with local residency and the willingness to work from site 3+

My Client, a market leading Engineering and Environmental Consultancy based with offices in Leicester, are searching for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join their supportive team. Candidates must live locally as you will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis.

This exciting role will offer candidates the opportunity to join an experienced design team who specialise in flood risk, infrastructure, civil and structural engineering for public and private sector clients across the UK. With a wide portfolio of projects you will have the chance to design flood risk, drainage and foul drainage solutions for Residential, Commercial, Retail, Healthcare and Education Sectors.

As a Graduate Civil Engineer you will be required to complete varied technical work including;

• Flood Risk Assessments for flood zone 1,2 and 3.
• Flood Risk Maps.
• Flood Risk Mitigation.
• Drainage Strategies for Planning Applications.
• Drainage, attenuation and sewerage design using Infodrainage and causeway flow.
• Access road design for developments.
• Earthworks Modelling.
• Client meetings to discuss project progress.
