Kier Places is Kier's building, estate and property management business, based in the Southampton region. We are seeking a Graduate Business Development Assistant to support the identification, development and securing of new business opportunities across public and private sector markets.

This 2-year, permanent full-time programme aims to develop your career in business development, sales, marketing or strategic growth within the construction and property industry, with a structured development

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
• Ability to conduct research, analyse information and present findings clearly with attention to detail.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across public and private sector markets.
• Support maintenance of client relationship management systems and conduct market research.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, capability statements and business development materials.
• Coordinate client meetings, networking events and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support tender submissions with Bid and Pre-Construction teams and build relationships with colleagues, clients and partners.
