Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Oxford invites applicants to join the 24-month Graduate Development Programme for Building Surveying. You will gain hands-on experience within our Real Estate teams and participate in a structured development plan guided by a Graduate Development Manager.

You’ll work on dilapidations, technical due diligence, development monitoring, and project management across a range of property sectors, with support to pursue RICS APC and potential international assignments.

Qualifications

• A RICS-accredited degree or Masters conversion course in Building Surveying with a 2:1 minimum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset with client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting building inspections and surveys.
• Preparing detailed reports on building condition and defects.
• Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates.
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders.
• Supporting project teams in the delivery of building projects.
