Job summary

Turner & Townsend invites graduates to join its 24-month Graduate Development Programme in Building Surveying in Birmingham. You’ll work within the Real Estate department, gaining hands-on experience across dilapidations, due diligence, development monitoring, and project management.

The programme is designed to prepare you for the RICS APC pathway with a dedicated Graduate Development Manager guiding your technical and commercial growth. There may be opportunities for international exposure.

Qualifications

• A RICS-accredited degree or Masters conversion course in Building Surveying (2:1 minimum).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting building inspections and surveys.
• Preparing detailed reports on building condition and defects.
• Assisting with cost estimate preparations.
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders.
• Supporting project teams in delivering building projects.
