Turner & Townsend’s 24‑month Graduate Development Programme in Building Surveying is based in Birmingham. Graduates join a structured path to become well‑rounded consultants, with a dedicated Graduate Development Manager, technical and behavioural training, and support to pursue RICS APC via Building Surveying.

The programme includes opportunities across real estate and infrastructure and may offer international exposure.

Qualifications

• RICS-accredited degree or Masters conversion course in Building Surveying.
• UK work eligibility and right to work in the UK.
• Office-based role with majority time in the office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building inspections and surveys.
• Prepare detailed reports on building condition and defects.
• Assist with cost estimates.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Support project teams in delivering building projects.
