Turner & Townsend in the UK offers a 24-month Graduate Development Programme to become a well-rounded Building Surveyor. You’ll build internal networks and deepen your understanding of our industry and services, launching your career as a consultant.

A dedicated Graduate Development Manager guides you through a blended training approach, with technical and commercial modules and APC preparation, plus potential international assignments within Europe.

Qualifications

• A RICS-accredited degree or Masters conversion course in Building Surveying (achieved or on track for a 2:1 minimum).
• Understanding of the technical aspects of building surveying and real estate.

Responsibilities

• Conducting building inspections and surveys.
• Preparing detailed reports on building condition and defects.
• Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates.
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders.
• Supporting project teams in the delivery of building projects.
