Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom is launching a 24‑month Graduate Development Programme in Building Surveying. You’ll be immersed in two years of hands-on experience, with APC support via the RICS pathway and a dedicated Graduate Development Manager guiding you.

Based in our Building Surveying teams, you’ll gain exposure to dilapidations, technical due diligence, development monitoring, and project management across diverse property types, with potential international opportunities.

Qualifications

• RICS-accredited degree or Masters conversion course in Building Surveying (2:1 minimum).
• willingness to travel to client sites where required.
• Role primarily office-based; UK work rights required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building inspections and surveys.
• Prepare detailed reports on building condition and defects.
• Assist with cost estimates preparation.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Support project teams in delivering building projects.
