Job summary

Baily Garner LLP invites ambitious graduates to join as a Graduate Building Surveyor. Based in Eltham with national coverage, you will assist with measured surveys, drawings, tender docs, and project administration while gaining exposure to Party Wall procedures and APC development.

You will work in a collaborative, supportive environment with mentoring, sponsorship for study, and a clear career pathway, including flexible entry routes and hybrid working.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying completed or near completion.
• Willingness to learn and progress with APC support from industry professionals.
• Motivated team player ready to embrace new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist with measured surveys of buildings and sites.
• Produce detailed survey drawings and outline design proposals.
• Prepare working drawings, technical details and tender documents.
• Support project administration and help prepare feasibility reports and specifications.
• Get hands-on experience with Party Wall procedures.
• Manage project information using our intranet system.
