Job summary

Baily Garner is seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join our Eltham team on a variety of projects across our national studio. You will conduct site visits, produce surveys and monthly valuations, and contribute to specification writing and contract administration.

With circa 1–2 years post-graduate experience and a drive to progress towards APC, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, use MS Office tools, and benefit from a supportive, flexible environment with hybrid working and

Ideal Candidate Profile

• We’re looking for an individual with 1-2 years of post-graduate experience, coupled with a dedication to professional growth, demonstrated by your ongoing pursuit of an APC certification.

• Have a full Driving License
• Ability to work well in a team environment
