Job summary

Mott MacDonald is offering a graduate position in Building Services engineering, where you will contribute to the design of mechanical systems that improve building performance while cutting energy use and emissions. You will gain exposure from concept to operation across multiple project stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelors and Masters degrees expected/not older than 2025.
• Strong interest in Building Services and sustainable design.
• Willingness to be eligible for UK security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support design and specification of mechanical building services (HVAC, water, public health).
• Assist with calculations, reports, drawings and specifications.
• Contribute to sustainability and decarbonisation strategies for net-zero targets.
• Use standard software and digital engineering tools to develop designs.
• Collaborate with electrical, structural, civil, architectural and sustainability teams.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, surveys and commissioning.
