Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Graduate Electrical Building Services Engineer to join its UK team. You’ll contribute to functional building services design across lighting, power, fire, and security systems as part of a structured three-year Accelerating your Future development programme.

You will join a collaborative, mentor-led environment with a strong emphasis on growth, inclusion, and practical on-site and design experience.

Qualifications

• Less than 12 months relevant experience (excluding placements).
• Bachelor and Master degree obtained no earlier than 2025 or expected to achieve one of the listed degree disciplines.
• Security clearance eligibility is required; UK national or five years residence in the UK preferred.
